Competencies:

  • 1-2 YR or more experience in Level 1 Helpdesk
  • Knowledge in:
  • Intune
  • Office 365 applications
  • Office 365 Compliance Center
  • Office 365 Security Center
  • Email security and configuration
  • OneDrive
  • Basic Azure knowledge
  • Basic Desktop troubleshooting
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Hardware Troubleshooting

Expected responsibilities:
* Managing and staying on top of your workload
* Maintaining a helpful and friendly relationship with the clients
* Keeping your tickets up to date
* Assistance with project/onsite work
* Occasional after hours on-call support
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues
