CHEMED Health Center is in search of a dependable and committed individual with a background in Maintenance to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of our facility. This includes managing inventory for housekeeping supplies and ensuring cleanliness and functionality throughout.

Your duties will encompass a range of maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor painting and spackle, basic plumbing and electric and handling special projects as needed. Additionally, you'll be tasked with floor care, including stripping and waxing floors when necessary. The Maintenance Tech will perform regular assessments of the facility for repairs and timely communication with the Facility Manager will be key aspects of the role.

Outside, you'll ensure the exterior grounds are free of trash and debris, and you'll monitor HVAC systems for proper functioning. Additionally, you'll oversee security measures by checking entry doors and ensuring proper closure and locking.

Overall, we're looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who can contribute to creating a clean, safe, and professional environment for our healthcare facility.
