COMPANY SUMMARY:
Red Rock Securities Law is a corporate and securities focused law firm (“RRSL”) that provides securities offering and corporate legal services for corporate clients executing Regulation D, Regulation CF and Regulation A exempt offerings. RRSL provides;
(a) offering document and Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) filing preparation, related legal services for issuers executing securities offerings using the SEC Regulation D, Regulation CF or Regulation A exemptions, and;
(b) RRSL also provides general corporate and transactional legal services
The Company has offices in Mesa, Arizona and Lakewood, Colorado.
POSITION SUMMARY:
RRSL is seeking a motivated individual with office management experience to fill a role for office manager at our law firm.
