Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Manage all aspects of family law matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft complex family law pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations regarding family law matters.
- Work closely with team members to develop case strategies that align with clients' goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
- Stay current on developments in family law and participate in continuing legal education programs.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- New York State Bar License (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law practice.
- Proven experience as an Associate Family Law Attorney.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
- Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
