Also, will need to work closely with the customers in their assigned portfolio to provide timely and accurate invoicing that can be paid and collected within desired timeline.

Accountable for reconciling and collecting on all assigned past due Key accounts. Responsible for on-time and accurate billing.

Prepare customized billing formats as needed Work with Key Account Sales to identify and correct pricing issues Work with Key Account Sales to resolve equipment discrepancies Manage and maintain A / R for assigned accounts Research and Identify root cause of recurring billing issues, adjustments, and other related issues Reconcile accounts and provide any / all backup needed to collect on outstanding AR Meet cash collection targets, call goals and aging goals Identify and recommend write-off of non-collectable funds
