Work Experience
- Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic and electric tools
- Safety conscious a must, OSHA certification a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines a must
- Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions
- Good communication skills and basic knowledge of technology
- Ability to listen and follow instructions
- Spanish Speaking a plus
- Repair and complete frame and cornice items as needed
- Site cleanup as needed
- Truss experience, heavy machine operator a plus
- Work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Climbing and balancing up and down ladders, scaffolds and similar devices using feet, legs, hands, and arms to perform tasks such as inspection of job site.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Lifting and carrying material and objects.
- Walking/balancing and moving about on foot to perform tasks where there are rough terrain and/or impediments such as sand, mud, or ice. to all forms of weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry, humid, windy) for part or the entire workday.
- Position will require bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing/pulling, twisting, standing, and walking
