Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth operation of worksites. This role also gives the applicant the training needed to fulfil other roles within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general cleanup of worksites, including debris removal and disposal.
- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to drive with and back up a trailer
