As a Residential Counselor, you'll be at the heart of the action, guiding and empowering our incredible students through a world of experiential learning and exciting adventures. Your mission? Create unforgettable experiences through hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, snowshoeing, and so much more! From multi-day expeditions to hands-on vocational programming, get ready to inspire and be inspired.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Master of relationship building
- Passion for experiential learning
- Outdoor activity aficionado—from hiking to rock climbing, you name it!
- Rockstar in planning recreational and work-based experiences—Absolutely!
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma (Associate/Bachelor preferred)
- A clean background check aligned with New York State regulations—your commitment to our students' safety.
- A valid New York State driver’s license—the key to exploring these majestic peaks and valleys.
