Inventory Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for an inventory coordinator who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and who has excellent communication skills. The inventory coordinator can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management.

Responsibilities:

· Managing inventory

· Cycle counts

· Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete and accurate

· Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes

· Organization of stock items

· General warehouse housekeeping

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to accurately sort and count

· Basic understanding of shipping, dock, and warehouse procedures

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Basic computer knowledge

· Additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time

· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 7A-3:30P with a 10 minute and 30 minute unpaid break. Monday – Friday.
