Shuttle Truck Stop in Lake City, FL is looking for Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our 28-person strong team. We are located at 14197 S Us Hwy 441, Lake City, FL 32024. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- **Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable and daily financial entries and reconciliations **Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting **Ensure proper completion of invoice records and paperwork in accordance with company policies **Monitor accounting/vendor records and systems, keeping them current and accurate **Verify, record, and match payment settlements to invoices daily. **Be proficient in administrative duties and provide support to ensure the efficient operation of the office **Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
- **Experience working as a bookkeeper/accountant and office administrator **Knowledgeable of computer technology, including Excel, Google suites, etc. ** 2 or more years of QuickBooks **Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize **Attention to detail
