Carlo is Hiring a Resident Property Manager (Lake Balboa, CA) Near Lake, CA
Our community managers are trained to: Show available units, conduct open houses, schedule move-ins and move-outs, coordinate vendors, coordinate maintenance work orders, general cleaning of common areas and attend to resident requests. Prepare and execute leases, rent collection, serve notices and renewals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager and/or a sales and customer service background
- Excellent credit history is required
- Organized and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent follow through and follow-up skills
- Computer literate (Yardi, Word, Excel, Outlook and posting Craigslist)
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred but not required)
- Honest, energetic with a sense of humor
- Must be available to work on Weekends!
- Minimum of one year in Customer Service/Sales Experience
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, Craigslist ads & Yardi is a plus!)
- Must demonstrate a professional appearance and a great attitude
- Demonstrate good leadership skills
- Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection (preferred but not required)
- Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred but not required)
- Must have means of transportation
- Good Credit is required!
- Must have a sense of humor

- Competitive Hourly Rate $16.80 - $17.75
- Compensation: Full-time Hourly Rate plus a modern One Bedroom Townhome with a market value of $2025/month and bonuses approximately: $4,000/yearly.
