Family Entertainment Group is seeking fun and high energy individuals for Arcade Attendant positions at Hana Hou, located in The Westin Maui Resort & Spa (Location #2079).

We see the peak of our business on nights and weekends, so candidates would need to be available to work during those times. We do offer flexible scheduling within reason.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing, and fun loving.

Job Duties

• Greet customers and welcome them to our facility.
• Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Answer questions regarding the location and its facilities, games and merchandise.
• Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Demonstrate use or operation of games or merchandise.
• Resolve issues and complaints arising from guests in a professional manner.
• Clean games, shelves, floor, counters, and tables.
• Inventory stock.
• Load games with tickets and instant win merchandise.
• Clear ticket jams.
• Assist with minor game repairs as needed.
• Assist in moving games.
• Any other duties or tasks assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
