Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated grower to join our expanding team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the health of the garden during the weekend shifts as well as working with the rest of the team during the week. The right candidate will have some experience with cannabis with a high attention to detail and excited to learn more about growing high quality cannabis. The position is full-time time and is expected to work 35-45 hours per week, including both weekend shifts and, if needed, on holidays.

Essential Duties

- Oversee all weekend plant care tasks, including but not limited to:

• Pruning and defoliation;
• Mixing nutrient stock concentrates from dry salts;
• Mixing batch tanks with nutrient concentrates;
• Checking fertigated plants to make sure the system watered properly;
• Hand watering veg plants and clones.

- General cleaning of flower and veg rooms (e.g., trays, pots, floors), restocking (e.g., medium, nutrients, general supplies), and any other tasks required to support the cultivation team.

- Assist with all harvests to ensure timely completion and re-population of flower rooms.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to culture of professionalism and respect for all employees.

- Assist other cultivation departments as needed, including de-boning/trimming, packaging, and light maintenance throughout the facility.

Job Qualifications & Physical Requirements

- One year working in cannabis cultivation or related field.

- Must hold valid Occupational Badge as required by the State of Colorado Department of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division.

- Employee has reliable transportation to facility.

- Proficiency in reading graphs to assess environmental set points, volumetric water content, etc.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- This position is physically demanding, which requires:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs;
• Ability to work in grow rooms that are above 80 degrees and 70% humidity;
• Working in proper PPE as needed;
• Ability to repetitively kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
