Responsibilities for the Facilities & Maintenance Manager include:
- Managing site maintenance and reliability processes
- Ensuring employee and site safety through the implementation of procedures and policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the CMMS
- Leading and developing department personnel
- Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets and capital plans
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field of study required
- 20 years of maintenance within a chemical or heavy industrial environment
- At least 5 years of Maintenance Management required
- Strong understanding of PSM/RMP covered processes is a must
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
