As a neutral third party, we determine and certify Quantity and Quality for custody transfers of bulk liquid, gaseous, and dry cargoes. All of our Inspection and Laboratory services are consistent with the latest American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines, government regulations, and industry protocols. The qualities of our field staff are mirrored and complemented by our Operations team in the office who, together with our specialized reporting staff, construct the bridge between our clients and what takes place in the field.
