We are looking for compassionate and committed Dining Room Supervisor

SUNDAY-THURSDAY 9AM-5:30PM

What we need from you:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Two years supervisory experience
• previous wait staff experience preferred or experience in the food service industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to read, write, understand and effectively communicate in English
• Able to understand food service safety and sanitation requirements.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

⦁ Supervise, train and schedule of all dining room team members within approved budgetary guidelines as directed by the Culinary Director
⦁ Remains informed about staff work hours and schedules, assists Culinary Director with creating a weekly schedule so that team members are able to work efficiently and effectively
⦁ Supervise, manage and train the dining room team
⦁ Clear tables of dishes during/after meals; clean tables and chairs, and pick up/clean up
⦁ Assist Culinary Director with recruiting, including interviewing, and initial training
⦁ Assist Culinary Director with Annual Performance Evaluations as needed
⦁ Conduct Daily Pre-Shift stand up
⦁ Ensure Daily Menu is accurate and copied for menu jackets
⦁ Other duties as assigned
