Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a solid understanding of construction management.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Oversee the build process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards
- Manage inventory levels, ordering materials as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and allocate resources
- Train and mentor shop employees, providing guidance on best practices and techniques

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a construction or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors
