Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients
- Create and manage project schedules
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with contract management
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
