You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. The shift comes with ability to have 2 raises in the first year. Hands on training for 4-8 weeks on 1st shift. All interested individuals should apply!

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Friday-Sunday from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Work 36 hours, but get paid for 40! 1 candidate being hired for this position.

Position: CNC Operator

· Run various fiberglass products on a Holzer CNC.

· Fill out pick lists as product is completed.

· Package and palletize Fabricated product.

· Clean sweep and organize at the end of each day.

· Adjust CNC programs as needed.

· Must be able read a tape measure, calipers and blue prints.

· Do first article inspections on all profiles fabricated on the CNC.

· Continuous quality inspections while running the CNC.

· Fill out quality assurance paperwork.

· Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.

· Must be able to follow instructions.

· Must be self-driven and motivated.

· Must be upbeat and work well with others.

· Must be able to meet and or exceed deadlines.

· Previous CNC experience is preferred.

· Must be good at time management.

· Familiar with Lean Manufacturing

· Follow company policies and procedures.

· Has to wear the proper PPE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
