Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
The Office Assistant provides vital support for the Office Admin. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to co-workers.
The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position.
Essential Functions / Qualifications :
- Answers the telephone, and provides exceptional Customer Service
- Taking and Delivering Messages
- Issuing Purchase Orders
- Collecting / Scanning timesheets
- Filing
- Assist with Auction Paperwork
- Order Supplies and Equipment
- Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup
