Job Overview
The b-Helpful Supervisor (BHS) leads colleagues and functions at our b-Helpful service center, with a focus on elevating the customer experience with quick, seamless, and efficient service in Buy Online Pick-up in Store (BOPS) orders, Curbside Pickup, and Gift Wrap, along with return processing and general service needs at the main b-Helpful desk.
The BHS is a highly engaged and energetic go-to resource who leads with a collaborative spirit to drive an engaging work experience for the team and an easy, fun shopping experience for our customers.
The BHS develops and elevates the b-Helpful colleagues, ensures coverage in line with velocity, drives BOPS and Curbside fill in line with our Ready-On-Time promise, ensures we deliver an outstanding Gift Wrap product, and sets and role models a high expectation in delivering the customer experience with attention to detail, all in support of driving up the Net Promoter Service Score at b-Helpful.
In addition to these customer-facing priorities, the BHS also oversees Cash Office support operations and oversees Same Day Delivery operations with our fulfillment team and delivery provider.
