Overview
This role is responsible for a specified geographic territory to support the growth of the business with both the Customers and Employees, work with management to set and achieve sales targets and margin, and be the prior contact for operations and customers within the territory.
Georgia, Western North Carolina, & South Carolina Territory
Objectives
Provide insight on and assist in setting revenue, margin and growth targets for the territory
Based on the targets above, build team member infrastructure to deliver these targets not only annually, but monthly and quarterly as well
Responsible for driving customer experience and maintaining customer relationships with the assistance of team members
Attend meetings as needed to meet financial targets and grow B2B and B2C sales.
Work with Leadership achieve a high close rate on new business, review market trends and be able to pivot to ensure targets are met
Work with Leadership on marketing needs to meet targets
Work with other Territory Managers to collaborate and ensure all territories can meet their targets
Manage Staffing for positions within the territory
Be available to your team to insure support and smooth operations
Actively Review/Manage Branches P&L, assist in accuracy of P&L (EOM, EOQ EOY)
Work with AR on territory collections
Manage territory fleet.
Manage and assist in leasing of the territory facilities
Requirements
Must be able to learn computer systems and navigate with precision
Must be comfortable in B2B and B2C sales and be able to generate new opportunities independently
Must be comfortable leading, training, nurturing, and building a team
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Travel as needed for work, 50%- 80% of the time
Compensation
Base Pay: $115,000
Auto Allowance
Quarterly & Annual Bonus: Revenue and EBITDA Targets
