Join our dynamic and expanding group practice in Lakewood, CO or Colorado Springs, CO dedicated to providing accessible mental health services. At Hope Mountain, we're on a mission to bridge the gap in mental health care by offering compassionate therapy to those facing significant barriers, including stigmatized diagnoses like personality disorders and houselessness.
We're seeking an enthusiastic Clinician to join our team of dedicated therapists. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your well-being and professional growth.
As a Clinician at Hope Mountain, you'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and build your caseload in a way that works for you. We prioritize your work-life balance by ensuring a manageable caseload and providing free group supervision and discounted individual supervision. Plus, with all the necessary forms and paperwork provided, you can focus on what you do best – providing quality therapy to those in need.
Positions are available for either Full-Time or Part-Time caseloads, all under an Independent Contract. You can pick what fits your schedule or start as one and adjust with your life circumstances. (Please indicate in your application which location and caseload amount you're desiring.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client care from referral to intake process
- Conduct intakes and assessments using company protocols
- Provide individual counseling via in-person and telehealth sessions
- Work with diverse populations, including homeless shelter clientele and Medicaid recipients
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Represent Hope Mountain in collaborative efforts with partners and affiliates
- Engage in required supervision and utilize our TherapyNotes system

- Self-driven and solution-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Committed to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Drama-free approach to problem-solving and communication
Professional Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or equivalent
-Must have LPCC or pending LPCC application to be considered
