We are looking for a Revit operator, that can manage our Revit system, perform project setups, and draft mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems from redline markups.

Project is a full time, in office position, in our Lakewood office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to create complete project drawings.
• Assist in building surveys to gather existing building systems layout, sizes, capacities, etc...
• Setup project in Revit or AutoCAD from Architectural Model.
• Create Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing As-builts from existing drawings and/or survey.
• Create 100% Construction Documents from red-line markups from Engineer.

​ Qualifications:

• High level of proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience – 2-7 years.
• Previous experience in MEP field.
• Ability to draft in AutoCAD as well.
• Bluebeam
• MS Office
• Mechanical or Electrical design experience preferred but not required.
