We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the products they need, and ensuring that the store is kept organized and clean. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Describe merchandise and explain the use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
