Customer Satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls in a way that achieves a maximum level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate messages and follow up with the team to make sure that each message is received and addressed timely.
- Answer incoming phone calls within the first ring.
- Greet each customer and employee with a level of enthusiasm so that it makes a lasting impression. Answer each call with a smile.
- Assist the guests by physically directing them to their needed department.
- Actively engage with each guest by making sure they are comfortable and are not in need of any items including transportation, snacks, drinks, storage of personal items and more.
- Manage incoming phone traffic efficiently and relay messages as needed via trello board.
- Assist the service department as needed to follow up with the customer's vehicle status
- Manage the cleanliness and level of comfort in the customer lounge.
- Make sure the store is presentable to the public each morning.
- Take out trash daily, check with other offices as well.
- Collect information associated with customer requests and report it effectively when necessary for Warranty Cancellations and other customer related issues.
- Proactively support and work with other employees, departments and/or locations to give the customer a seamless experience in ways that promote teamwork and our core values

- Maintain a culture that allows staff to ask questions and expect detailed answers.
- Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to use computer software programs to complete daily tasks.
- Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Making judgments in emergencies. Making decisions on facts and on judgements.
- Work Experience Requirements 1 to 3 years related experience and or training with documented previous performance
- Regular attendance during normal scheduled store hours including the ability to work 9 hours per day and the ability to work weekends.
- Frequent standing, walking and sitting
- The ability to work in a high stress environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines which may require longer/later hours as needed.
- The ability to continually engage and interact with others, including clients and employees throughout the work day via various methods of communications including phone and computer usage.
- Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs
- Occasional pushing of up to 50 lbs
- Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity
- Frequent working with and around others
- Occasional work around mechanical parts
- Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Occasional work around moving objects, (including dogs and other service animals)
