Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Director of Finance/Administrator to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to drive organizational success.

Duties:

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead the administration team in daily operations and long-term planning
- Conduct financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and account reviews
- Drive investment strategies to support organizational growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accrual accounting
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze accounts and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in compliance management and regulatory standards
- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus

Pay: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
