Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the daily operations of our preschool program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the preschool program, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and student enrollment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the educational experience for students.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the preschool program.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to educate on best practices in early childhood education.

- Proven experience in education administration, particularly in a preschool setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
