Service Manager
The Kirkwood School District is hiring a Service Manager for the 2024/2025 school year to support the Buildings & Grounds Department.
The role of the Service Manager is to support the repair and service functions of the District, manage maintenance staff, and ensure facilities are safe and operational.

This is a full-time,12-month position, with benefits, including:

Pay starts at $32.90 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of college/associates degree and 5 or more years of related experience with 2 or more years supervisory experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 7 or more years related experience with 2 or more years supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge and experience in various trades (carpentry, electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and painting)
