JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Inspector will support Quality Assurance activities of Aircraft parts in USA for the Company division located in Japan by providing the knowledge and the experience to assure successful execution of Quality Management System operation.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit vendors First Article Inspection reviewing analysis of Quality related record data, its production process and quality system.
- Perform source inspection of vendors’ products.
- Review the quality issues about Nonconformance and corrective action.
- Participate and conduct quality meetings as proposed and Escort customers of the Company (hereinafter referred as “customer”) as necessary.
- Communicate with vendors and/or customers in order to bring good reputation and the reasonable benefit for the Company business.
- Participate in quality training course as proposed.
- Make and update reports of the activities on the quality assurance.
- Support the activities of procurement etc for visitors in USA from the Company.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of the Quality Systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO9100).
- Knowledge of effective Investigative Interviewing techniques
- Competent computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the office use hardware.
