Position Summary:

The Marketing Analyst will lead project management for all new marketing operational initiatives, developing project plans and implementing advanced-level training throughout the organization. This role will also design and implement platform procedural guides, job aids, and various resources to assist users with understanding and utilizing all technology platforms. The Marketing Analyst will play a vital role contributing to development of marketing technology platforms and other related tech while collaborating closely with many diverse teams. A successful Marketing Analyst is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside product managers, development teams and associates to increase efficiencies and productivity by assessing operational business priorities and needs
  • Assist with project management and planning efforts to modernize Weidner’s capabilities, with a core focus on data-driven change management throughout a project lifecycle
  • Utilize data from user feedback, customer surveys, and other sources to conduct analysis for informed product enhancement decisions
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with marketing goals and strategies
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication amongst all team members, associates, and external partners to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on project objectives, progress, and expectations
  • Collaborate with internal training and support teams to deliver effective programs and resources to teams
  • Create and maintain user-friendly training materials like guides, tutorials, and online resources to promote product adoption; enhancing based on user feedback, product updates and emerging technologies
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases to validate product functionality, usability, and performance
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance and regression testing to identify and resolve defects and ensure product stability and usability across company platforms
  • Partner closely with product managers or third-party developers to prioritize and resolve any issues, ensuring the timely release of high-quality products, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track when necessary
  • Build and nurture relationships, collaborating effectively with colleagues and leaders across all departments and regions
  • Generate regular progress reports; documenting project milestones, decisions, and outcomes, to maintain a comprehensive project reference for the future
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance with measurable KPI’s, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in future projects
  • Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with the Marketing Department Head and team members
  • Actively demonstrate the values of the Weidner Customer Service Vision to team members, associates and external customers

Qualifications


  • 2 years of project management experience, preferred
  • Experience in software, technology, sales and/or technology training, preferred
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, consistently meets deadlines, and a fast learner of technology
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights to improve processes
  • Willing and able to learn new software and technology program trends
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt various technology and software applications for the purpose of training others and creating training content and resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute daily
  • Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
  • Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all of Weidner’s policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual, as well as the Fair Housing rules and regulations
  • Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code / uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently
  • Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed, and on weekends for planned events
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland Home Office
  • Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
  • Valid and current driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
