Accountability
Reporting to the Director of Operations. A District Manager is responsible for brand management and revenue growth through planning, direction setting, operational focus, financial results, management, coaching of inrestaurant leaders, and employee development for a group of multi-unit restaurant leaders within a specified geographic area. District Managers must have a strong commitment to guest satisfaction when interacting with others.
