Leading Northeast PA General Contractor, with over 38 years as the PREMIER contractor in the area, is expanding and looking for talented, dedicated individuals to join our team. Currently seeking a traveling commercial Superintendent. Geographical area would be Eastern PA and possibly NJ and DE. Looking for an individual who can think outside the box, works well independently, reads, and understands blueprints and specs. Family oriented company with excellent benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
· Project planning and scheduling.
· Supervise subcontractors.
· Ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
· Resource management.
· Problem solving.
· Documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office programs.
· OSHA 30hr preferred, but not required.
· Valid driver’s license.
