Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Board Certified Anesthesia
- All Own Cases, No Supervision
- Active and Unrestricted AZ license or the ability to obtain one
- Active and Unrestricted DEA
- Hours 7a to 3p with first case starting at 7 30a
- Call possibly 1 weeknight per week, occasionally weekend call is available
- Cases Thoracic, General Surgery, Ortho, OBGYN, Endo, Urology, ENT
- Rarely completed Trauma, Pediatric
- Average of 2 OB cases per day
- EMR Meditech for pre-op and post-op
- Credentialing time frame 60 days
- BLS and ACLS required
