Integrity Finishing is seeking an experienced Senior Painter and Crew Leader to lead one of our high-performance painting teams. Ideal for professionals with extensive experience in painting and team management, this role involves maintaining high workmanship standards and managing resources, including a company-provided truck for work-related travel.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate a team of painters, managing workflow and resolving conflicts.
• Surface Preparation: Supervise comprehensive preparation to ensure the best base for painting.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with a diverse team and client base.
• Painting Expertise: Lead advanced painting tasks to achieve superior finish quality.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to align with client expectations and company standards.
• Project Reporting: Keep management updated on project status and challenges.
• Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior painters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Equipment Management: Maintain the company truck and painting equipment, ensuring all tools are secure and functional.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years in professional painting with proven leadership and quality execution.
• Leadership: Strong managerial skills with experience leading painting crews.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Communication: Excellent skills for team management and client interactions.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Travel: Use the company-provided truck for job site travel across King County, WA.

Compensation: $30 per hour, based on experience
