Job Description

The Technical Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation, integration, enhancement and maintenance of diverse applications and systems by ensuring the highest reliability and performance.

Employee has direct supervisory responsibility for one employee.

Essential Duties

Required Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in Information System; with at least three (3) years of experience in technology services at a leadership level; or,

Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one by date of hire.

Supplemental Information

• Proficient with installing, upgrading, repairing, and troubleshooting enterprise level critical software and systems;
• Experience in design and systems interoperability with multiple operating systems;
• Skill in working with and maintaining AS/400 hardware and software;
• Skills in developing enterprise information technology to meet customer needs;
• Ability to align enterprise information technology solutions with customer’s needs;
• Knowledge of managing life cycle of enterprise information technology;
• Skills in strategic planning for enterprise information technology solutions;
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
• Ability to establish successful working relationships; and
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
