The Technical Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation, integration, enhancement and maintenance of diverse applications and systems by ensuring the highest reliability and performance.
Employee has direct supervisory responsibility for one employee.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management or related of study; and
Five (5) years of experience in Information System; with at least three (3) years of experience in technology services at a leadership level; or,
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one by date of hire.
