- Knowledge and understanding of our menu
- Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm

- Expediter/Server:
- Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
- Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
- Communication with kitchen and servers
- Assist with take-out/phone orders
- Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
- Coachable, adaptable & eager to learn new skills
- Effective communicator
- Friendly and upbeat attitude
- Team oriented self-motivated
- 1 year in customer service role is a plus, but not required
