Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate office procedures and operations
- Manage phone systems, emails, and correspondence
-Implement training programs for staff
- Ensure office policies are up to date and adhered to
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to supervise and train employees effectively
