As a Building Maintenance Technician with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support a general contractor on a project in Kent WA.
The pay rate for this job is $31 - $32 / hour

- Work Week Hours: M-F, 5am-1:30pm
- In the Commercial Building you will help adjust cabinets and doors
- Perform light electrical, light plumbing, patching and spackling of drywall
- Complete some minor carpentry and construction as well as hardware install
- Follow safety protocols
- Have 3 years or more of building maintenance experience
- Prior construction and commercial carpentry experience
- Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to jobsites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- References to verify your professional skills and building maintenance experience
- Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and to bend, kneel, or reach
