Hansen's Pool & Spa, Inc is Hiring a Retail Manager Near Kenosha, WI
Hansen's Pool & Spa is a fast growing pool, hot tub, sauna and patio retailer interviewing for a Retail Manager at their Kenosha, WI location.
This Retail Management is a full time position. We are CLOSED on Sundays. All Saturdays during peak season (April-August) will be required. We will have rotating Saturdays with management and sales staff September-March.
This position reports to the owner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the retail store in it's entirety.
- Hiring & Managing new team members
- Ensure training process for all team members is completed
- Maintain communication with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Keep team members on task throughout the day.
- Key-holder responsibilities such as locking and checking all doors, counting the register, etc.
- Attending all scheduled weekly management meetings
- Attending training, including some off-site.
- Ensuring all shifts are covered, and covering the open shifts yourself when necessary.

- Ability to make quick judgement decisions to keep employees and processes moving efficiently

Quarterly bonuses based on store performance will be available to be earned.
No experience in our industry is required... we will train you! Just a positive attitude and an eagerness to succeed. Retail Management Experience Required.
