LCH Health and Community Services is Hiring a Patient service representative Near Kennett, PA
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) provides vital customer service via telephone and in person. This position is responsible for answering calls on LCH’s main line, routing calls to appropriate staff, making appointments for the health center and providing basic information.
This position will require evening hours and travel between LCH locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
