We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Paralegal to join our legal team. If you have experience dealing with contracts and a passion for the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal materials related to construction claims.
- Collaborate with our construction teams to ensure legal compliance and seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships vital to the success of our company.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience .
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry .
- Proficiency in drafting, revising, and assembling contracts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience in contentious or non-contentious construction and engineering matters .
- Familiarity with corporate matters and contract issues.
