Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include performing night audit procedures, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with maintaining security by monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and updating guest information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
