About the Role:

As a Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker) at La Familia Katonah, you'll play a vital role in crafting our legendary New York-style pizzas. You'll work alongside a friendly team in a high-volume environment, ensuring every pizza is made to perfection. Everything from the dough to the toppings is made in-house, and we take pride in using the freshest ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Set up your station: Ensure all toppings are prepped, sliced, and ready for use
• Stretch pizza dough: Master the art of stretching dough for our signature New York-style pizzas
• Assemble pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Operate pizza ovens to ensure consistent cooking
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor pizza inventory: Take ownership by proactively gauging when we need more house pizzas for slices
• Learn the menu inside and out: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings [lafamiliakatonah.com] to answer customer questions confidently
• Use the POS system to process customer orders (when needed)
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
