Job Description: Rock Pest Control is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the Kansas City market. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our pest control services directly to residential customers within designated neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners, effectively communicating the benefits of Rock Pest Control's services.
• Generate leads and identify opportunities for new business through strategic prospecting and canvassing efforts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about pest control services.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Represent Rock Pest Control with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school and college encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $4,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:
