6-Month Contract

Scope of the Role:

• Accurate and timely invoicing of equipment and services based on contract terms.
• Tracking equipment installation and moves.
• Set up billing activity plans.
• Invoice property tax, service charges and interest.
• Prepare Commissions Payables based on Customer Payments
• Maintain and submit transmittals for high profile customers.
• Submit invoices into customer portal as required.
• Assist with Year End Audit
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BS or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years’ experience in revenue accounting.
• Proven positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
• Ability to function In accordance with established procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
