Servco is looking for a casual, part-time Messenger to assist with daily pick-up and delivery of documents from satellite city halls and financial institutions.

This position will also provide clerical support and filing at the Servco Toyota Windward business office.

Responsibilities :

• Take licensing and title transfer documents to the DMV for processing
• Pick up license plates and deliver to dealership
• Drop off copy of check requests to Accounting and Financial Services and pick-up checks for title transfers
• Obtain vehicle clearances from traffic violations bureau for vehicle transfers
• Obtain signatures from financial institutions for title transfers if needed
• Drop off loan contracts and pick-up checks from financial institutions for car loans
• Pick-up and sort the dealership's new, used, and wholesale car deals
• Pick-up and drop off checks to dealerships for used vehicles
• Maintain office supply inventory and mail sales documents
• Distribute mail, file and perform other light clerical duties

Requirements :

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clerical work experience preferred
• Good communication and customer relations skills
• Proficiency with Word and Excel preferred
• Must be detail oriented and safety conscious
• Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule; Monday 11am-3pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10am-1pm, Wednesday & Friday 10am-2pm
