Duties

  • You will establish plan of action and milestone schedule on projects assigned to the Directorate, establishes system for acquisition / allocation of resources and meeting milestones.
  • You will on behalf of the director and deputy, contacts, interacts and coordinates with department heads and other senior personnel outside the directorate on both routine and sensitive government issues.
  • You will manage property within the directorate and the office of the commanding officer.
  • You will develop and maintain an extensive database that includes critical information on personnel, project data, budgets, and project execution.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : Oversee coordinating, planning, and performing within the facilities, supply, and housing directorate daily operations and procedures : assist department personnel recruitment action and onboarding functions;

ensure timekeeping, leave administration, and pay are current; and prepare endorsements, draft letters, correspondence (e.

g. base orders, messages, reports) are ready for release, and coordinate briefings for a diverse senior level and staff.
