Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team to maintain our lush tropical landscaped multi-family property in Kanoehe. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, removing weeds, and applying mulch
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing walkways or repairing fences
- Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other landscaping projects
- Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment used in grounds maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of tree care techniques and safe operation of tree trimming equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for the maintenance of equipment and tools
- Familiarity with hardscape installation and repair
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
