RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Recruiting Specialist to determine position requirements.
• Crafts and sends recruitment emails.
• Interacts with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
• Identifies and screens potential candidates.
• Organizes and conducts online interviews.
• Creates talent pipelines for current and future hires.
• Manages the company’s candidate database.
• Assists with setting up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers, as needed.
• Assists with clearing candidates to start and engaging with Hiring Manager on start-day details.
• Engages with hired candidates for routine touchpoints on how the job is going.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field preferred.
• Must exhibit characteristics consistent with encouraging Team Concept.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Must provide quality customer service.
• Must possess excellent computer skills, including intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Must handle multiple projects and identify priorities.
• Must be a self starter and possess ability to work alone.
• Must possess a detail-orientated aptitude.
